Return & Refund Policy – TOTEM FACTS

At TOTEM FACTS, we strive to deliver a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. No Return

We do not accept returns  for any products once delivered.

This includes cases of:

Change of mind

Product not liked

Wrong order placed by the customer


Please ensure you carefully check all product details, descriptions, images, and sizes before placing your order.

We have a 7-day replacement and refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to ask for a replacement/refund. 

Post 7 days, the replacement or refund will not be accepted.

Note - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, if replacements are approved.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Exchange Policy

   Exchange requests are accepted only for size issues.
  The product must be exchanged for the same item at the same price and the request        must be made within 7 days from the delivery date.

3. Refund Policy (Applicable Only for Duplicate Transactions)

Refunds will be provided only in the following case:

✅ Duplicate Payment

If a customer is charged twice for the same order due to a technical or payment gateway issue, the extra amount will be refunded.

To claim a refund for a duplicate payment, please provide:

Order ID

Transaction ID

Screenshot of payment proof

Registered mobile number and email address


Refunds for verified duplicate transactions will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product (Rare Cases)

Although strict quality checks are followed, in rare cases if you receive:

A completely damaged product

A wrong product

Size mismatch

How to Raise a Replacement Request

1. Contact us via WhatsApp, email with your Order ID.


2. Choose the relevant option from our WhatsApp Support menu (if applicable).


3. Upload 4–5 clear images of the product, including original packaging and tags (mandatory).


4. Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

 

An unboxing video is mandatory and must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to:

If approved, a replacement will be provided. Replacement delivery may take 2 to 7 business days.
No refunds will be issued for damaged/wrong product cases.

Note: No exchange will be accepted under any circumstance.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled, as they are processed immediately.
